However, there are some concerns regarding the heating time of the steamer. Initially, the steamer would heat up within 2 minutes of being turned on, but over time, it has taken longer and now takes around 5 minutes to heat up. While this may not be a huge issue, it can be inconvenient when waiting to start the next part of a treatment. There have also been reports of the steamer turning on and off sporadically, as well as the steam function only working twice in a whole week. On the other hand, a customer who had no reviews to rely on took a chance and ordered this steamer when it was the only one available for next day delivery. They were pleasantly surprised and found it to be an amazing product that works exceptionally well. They highly recommend it. Overall, the Professional Facial Steamer has received mixed reviews.
