Öte yandan Şark'ın kutsal çiçeği laleye dair yorumlarda bulunacak ve belki şükufeciyan esnafını gücendirmiş de olacağım. Ama birisi çıkıp yiğit Şehzade Ahmet'i, aşağılık isyancıların yaptıklarını, cennete benzeyen İstanbul'u ve Sadabat'ın laleye kattığı zarafeti anlatmazsa bu dahi tarihe ve şehre haksızlık sayılır.
