FitnessFirst Step Platforms F1SPLB3 SET Editorial Review
Fitness First Stackable Soft Plyo Box for Plyometric Jump Training offers a padded foam construction that ensures ease on knees and shins, making it suitable for HIIT and CrossFit workouts at home or in the gym. However, many customers were surprised to find that the product only includes the bottom box, with misleading images suggesting multiple boxes. Users have noted its lightweight and better stability compared to cheaper alternatives, but concerns arise regarding the long-term durability of the foam, with some suggesting alternatives made of EVA foam for enhanced longevity. Despite these issues, the box is appreciated for being part of everyday workout routines.
