KYB Struts Editorial Review
The KYB SR4520 Strut-Plus Complete Corner Unit Assembly has received mixed reviews from customers, showcasing both strong merits and notable drawbacks. For those who successfully installed the assembly on their vehicles, particularly a 2014 Prius V, the experience has been largely positive. One customer enthusiastically reported that after replacing a strut damaged by a pothole, their car felt rejuvenated, riding like new and maintaining its steering and stability without issues. The ease of installation, praised for allowing a direct fit without the hassle of dealing with spring compressors, was a significant advantage that many appreciated. However, the product has also faced criticism, with at least one customer experiencing a product failure within a year of purchase, indicating that reliability issues can occur. Despite these concerns, overall feedback emphasizes that the assembly provides good quality, a fair price point when Considering it includes the spring, and offers time savings during installation. In summary, while the KYB SR4520 can effectively restore vehicle suspension and enhance ride quality for many users, potential buyers should be aware of the mixed experiences regarding longevity. **
