WWE MATTEL Basic John Cena Figure

The customer experience surrounding this product reflects a mixed reception, primarily influenced by issues of quality and misleading advertising. While some customers, especially parents, noted that their children loved the figure and enjoyed playing with it, there were significant complaints regarding the product's overall quality. Several reviews pointed out that the figure had poor craftsmanship, with one instance of a customer’s puppy decapitating the toy. A major point of contention was the advertised inclusion of a championship belt, which many buyers noted was not included with the product upon arrival. This discrepancy led to disappointment and frustration, labeling the advertising as misleading. Additionally, concerns about the product being received in old packaging that appeared to be from a discount store further detracted from the buying experience, particularly for those who intended the figure as a gift or toy for children rather than as a collector's item. Despite these issues, some customers found value in the product if viewed through the lens of a child's enjoyment, suggesting that the figure could be entertaining for young fans of John Cena. However, these positive experiences were overshadowed by the broader issues of product quality and misleading marketing. **
