Dark Horse Editorial Review
The DEN Volume 2: Muvovum hardcover edition has received a mixed reception from customers, predominantly praising its collection of Richard Corben's artwork and storytelling. Fans of the original Den adventures express excitement over this latest installment, celebrating it as a must-have for collectors. The enthusiasm for the book suggests that it captures the essence of Corben’s original work, bringing it forward in a form that many find appealing. However, there are notable criticisms regarding the quality of the edition itself. Some readers have pointed out significant imperfections such as overly contrasted pages, images that appear out of focus, and issues with color fidelity. These defects have been deemed unacceptable by certain fans, especially when compared to the original editions, which are liked for their fidelity to the art. As such, while the content is lauded, the presentation has been called into question, leading to a divide among readers. In summary, while DEN Volume 2: Muvovum excels in offering Corben's beloved characters and narratives, its production quality has left some fans wanting more. **
