The ring is made of real solid 925 sterling silver and can be resized if needed. The stones are man-made, but very pretty. To customize your ring, click on the size and then on customize now. Select your stones, hit continue, and then choose your engraving options. Customers have had a positive experience with this ring. One customer purchased it as a Mother's Day gift and their mother loved it so much she cried. Another customer called it a lovely little promise ring and said they would buy from Gem Stone King again. Some customers did have issues with the color of certain stones, such as the March stone being too clear or the July Ruby being more pink than red. However, overall, customers were happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the ring.
