ESI MIDI Controllers Xjam Editorial Review
Xjam Mobile Studio MIDI Pad Controller offers an ultra-thin aluminum frame and is designed to be highly portable, making it ideal for musicians on the go. Known for its velocity-sensitive pads and polyphonic aftertouch, it seamlessly plugs into iPads, iPhones, Macs, and PCs. Users have noted its great responsiveness for finger drumming and the ease of connection with drum machines. One common critique, however, is the necessity of installing a proprietary MIDI driver, which some users found challenging. Still, many appreciate its solid performance, compact design, and dynamic sound capabilities, making it a valuable tool for any performer.
