Nutritionist's Take
Chimes Mango Ginger Chews are marketed as a natural candy with ginger as a key ingredient, known for its digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits. The chews contain real fruit and ginger extract, providing a range of vitamins and antioxidants. However, they are also high in sugar, which can be a concern for individuals monitoring their sugar intake, such as those with diabetes or on a low-sugar diet. While the product may offer some health benefits thanks to ginger, it is important to consume it in moderation. Additionally, the presence of gluten and allergens should be noted for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, while Chimes Mango Ginger Chews can be enjoyed as an occasional treat, they may not be a wholly healthy choice for everyone and should be viewed as an indulgent snack rather than a health supplement.
Chimes Ginger Candy Editorial Review
Chimes Ginger Chews are a perfect alternative to those looking for a vegan way of calming their upset stomachs or aiding their digestion. Gluten-free, there are thirty-two individually wrapped pieces in a 5-ounce bag. Many customers found the taste delicious, like a satisfying chewy treat that melts in the mouth. Others have praised its effectiveness in settling their nerves or nausea. However, some have complained about how chewy and hard it is. One reviewer mentioned that it strains teeth, much like having to worry about fillings being pulled out.
