This Racktime Talis Plus Gepäckträgertasche is an excellent bag that fits perfectly on the Racktime rack. It can fit two different width racks, and the base frame attached to the bag has two positions. The bag has a quick release tab, two foldout panniers, and a bright yellow rain cover that is easily tucked away. The bag is versatile, high quality, and has a good attachment system to an electric bike rack. However, there are some complaints about the weak and loose fitting, the worthless side pockets, and the expensive price.
