HOYOLS Threaders SL-ACS-DT2P Editorial Review
The Drawstring Threader by HOYOLS is a handy tool for sewing projects that require threading elastic tapes, ribbons, and drawstrings through small holes. It comes in a pack of two and is made of plastic flexible nylon. The threader's pointed tip makes it easy to penetrate fabrics, and the holes accommodate thin strings. Based on customer feedback, the drawstring threader is generally seen as a practical and useful tool. It has a fair price, and it is durable enough for long-term use (no breaking when in use). Moreover, customers appreciate how easy it is to use compared to traditional sewing methods. However, some issues were raised regarding the threader's stiffness and the size of the holes. The plastic material tends to bend in half, making it difficult to use for thick cords. The holes are too small to accommodate anything other than thin laces or strings. For some customers, it made threading drawstrings through fabric a nightmare. Overall, if you are working on a project that does not require thick cords, the HOYOLS Drawstring Threader is an excellent addition to your sewing kit. It saves time and effort and is a more convenient way to thread cords compared to a large pin or a safety pin.
