Anime Editorial Review
ADV Films Colorful is an animated DVD that combines humor and creativity in a series of 16 short sketches focusing on men's humorous fascination with women's underwear. Despite its edgy subject matter, it offers light-hearted comedy and clever animation transitioning between styles rapidly, keeping viewers engaged. Many reviewers appreciate the unique hilarity that emerges upon multiple viewings, allowing them to catch subtle jokes missed the first time. Although some found the filler segments excessive, the overall presentation remains entertaining for mature audiences. Additionally, the making-of feature is noted to be particularly funny, enhancing the experience of this niche anime.
