PLT Headsets 207326-01 Editorial Review

The Plantronics Savi 8220 Office Wireless DECT Headset offers wireless connectivity to both PC/Mac and cell phones via Bluetooth. It has a swivel feature that allows it to lay flat and offers good range and clarity. However, some customers have experienced issues with the audio quality, static sounds, and headset malfunctions. The customer support from Poly/Plantronics is lacking, with difficulties in finding relevant support and long wait times. The battery life is also shorter than advertised. Despite these drawbacks, the headset is praised for its noise suppression and durability.
