The Scythe Modular Board is an expansion for the Scythe board game that comes with a new and unique board that allows for a change in the set-up for resources, home base tiles, and structure bonus tiles. The board is double-sided, and the hex tiles are designed to offer a new terrain each time. The set-up process requires random placement of tiles, leading to different strategies and benefits for players. The expansion adds in eight new structure bonus tiles, giving players more goals to accomplish. The modular board is not compatible with the large board extension and is smaller than the standard board, so it might not fit in the Legendary box. Overall, the expansion is great for adding variety and replayability to the game.
