The STOTT PILATES Deluxe Pilates Mat is a thick and high-quality mat that customers recommend for any flooring, including low pile carpet. It does not have any chemical, plastic, or rubber smell and is suitable for advanced Pilates workout on hard floors. The mat is exceptional quality and promotes proper alignment and form while doing Pilates. It comes with a thickness of 15mm, while the express mat is 10mm. Although it does not come with a carry strap, customers can make their own, or purchase a separate one. However, it would be best if you were careful during packaging as it often comes taped and may damage service parts of the padding. Although it is expensive, customers agree that it is worth every dollar as poorer quality mats may cause unnecessary pressure points that can result in back and knee pain.
