The Speedo I.M. Tech Swim Training Paddles are a popular training aid for swimmers. They are available in a variety of sizes following the Speedo sizing chart, with some customers recommending sizing up to avoid shoulder injury. The straps and tubing are made of rubber and will degrade over time. Some customers have suggested that the rubber strips on the wrist are not comfortable and that built-in slots for the thumb or middle finger might be more helpful.
