It is great for exploring possibilities for biotechnology but may not be helpful for those who are looking for specific equipment, stats and skills to design characters. The book covers topics such as cloning, gene manipulation, living technology, among others. While it contains information on the possible Consequences of biotechnology, it also includes anime references. It is well written and has a lot of information but may not be as useful as the Ultratech book for character design. The quality of the printing is great, and the book is a solid gaming product for tabletop use.
