Sezgisel Kümeler Kuramı Bu kitap bir dizinin ikinci kitabıdır. (Birincisi Önermeler Mantığı adlı kitabımdır.) Dizinin amacı, matematiğin en temel kavramlarını, sezgisel olarak, özellikle genç okura sunmaktır. Lise matematik öğretmenlerine, üniversitede matematik ya da temel bilimlerde eğitim görmek isteyen liselilere ve üniversitede bir temel bilimler bölümünde okuyan gençlere yararlı olacağını düşünüyorum. Elinizde tuttuğunuz bu kitap kümeler kuramı üzerinedir ve büyük ölçüde birinci kitaptan bağımsız okunabilir. Kümeler kuramını çok daha soyut ve aksiyomatik olarak bir başka çok daha akademik kitabımızda sunacağız. Burada, kümeler kuramına sezgisel bir başlangıç yapmak istedik. Sayma Bu kitap bir dizi kitabın üçüncüsüdür. (Ama ilk ikisinden oldukça bağımsızdır.) Her ne kadar çocukluğumuzdan beri sayıyor olsak da, saymak çok zor bir konudur.
