Answer: The sizes are pretty spot on. There's not a lot of wiggle room in the belt for adjustment. -

Does the velcro liner belt attach firmly to the duty belt to prevent sagging?
Answer: Yes it does a pretty good job at this even without keepers. Mine is about 3 years old and the Velcro is still good, it's used 40 hours a week. Great buy. -
