    Answer: The patties holders are approximately 2.6 inches in diameter. The patties usually shrink a little bit and end up being approximately 2.5 inches in diameter.
  • Question: I butcher pigs for sausage would this work for sausage patties?

    Answer: That's what we used it for, but would recommend using sheets of parchment top and bottom to prevent sticking.
  • Question: Will this make really flat burgers like the White Castles ones I miss so much?

    Answer: Yes it can. Just don’t over stuff with meat. Also place plastic wrap inside to get burgers out easier.
  • Question: How do you use the press?

    Answer: I take ground beef and season it and then break into pieces about the size of the press, then press into the bottom of the press and use the top with the handle to flatten. (like a mold). Then cook the mini burgers.
  • Question: Of those who say the meat sticks, did you use the wax papers in the press?

    Answer: We did not use wax paper. We made 288 sliders for a wedding reception and this helped knock them out fast! We didn't have any problem with meat sticking to the press.
